Iris Reticulata – Some Lovely Dwarf Irises

Every spring some of the first flowers to bloom in the DC area are the Iris Reticulata. These dwarf irises bloom early in the spring and are known for their large blossoms, especially for their size. Most iris reticulata grow to about 6″ tall with stunning blossoms in shades of purple or blue.
